For joint pain, NorthStar Nutritionals claims to have a topical treatment like no other. They dare you to take the two drop challenge. Most of the ingredients are generally recognized by the alternative medical community to have anti-pain or anti-inflammatory properties. Even if it works as well as claimed, at $49.95 a bottle, the price seems a little steep.  Still, if it really works, it could be a real bargain.
